Membership

As a supporter of the museum, you will receive:

Unlimited free admission to the museum throughout the year for you and your guest or guests

A 10% discount in our museum store

Advance notice for special events and exhibits

A subscription to our historical journal, The Clearance Card
Members are invited to volunteer in the museum store, as docents and tour guides, and to assist in preservation, restoration and operation of our historic railroad equipment.

Levels:
Trainman: $30
Family: $45

Stationmaster: $65 (free copy of "Last of the Giants" Big Boy steam locomotive video or big boy t-shirt)

Engineer: $100 (1 year magazine subscription to Classic Trains magazine)

Conductor: $250 (all engineer benefits)

Trainmaster: $500 (4 hours use of dining car or parlor car for event)

Railroad magnate: $1000 (your name or your company's name on plaque at museum)

Memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Museum of the American Railroad is a self-sustaining institution and, as such, depends on contributions. By giving a 100% tax deductible gift above and beyond your membership dues, you'll be helping us to provide educational programs to the public, create special events and preserve America's transportation history.
